Details of Toluene free PU adhesive NP-71KMN

Physical Properties:

1. Appearance: Fluorescent semi-transparent liquid

2. Main component: Special PU resin

3. Solid Content: 17±1%

4. Viscosity: 2000~2600 cps (VT-04/25^oC)

5. Shelf life: 6 months

Application & Characteristics:

1. Toluene-free PU adhesive

2. NP-71KMN PU adhesive can be used by one-coated in stock-fitting and lasting process of shoe-making industry.

3. Materials for assembling: rubber, PU foam, Mold EVA (phylon), TPU, nylon, leather...

4. The film of NP-71KMN PU adhesive has good transparency.

5. Good initial and final bonding strength. Good bonding strength can be retained even after aging test.

6. Tack time and proper for assembling process.

7. Pot life is longer than 2 hours; it makes it easy to brush.

8. Good yellowing-resistance.
